In October 2016 the B3CF team went to London to cement relations and discuss new plans with strategic partners and stakeholders including COBCOE, The Commonwealth Secretariat, The Royal Commonwealth Society, and The Genesis Initiative. The opportunities and plans discussed during our meetings are now being integrated in B3CF's development strategy for 2017, which will be available for all B3CF members after approval by the Board.
We would like to thank once again Bruce Dear, David Watkins, and Keith Froud from EVERSHEDS for hosting a truly amazing and first-ever B3CF Patrons dinner in the City of London, where guests enjoyed excellent conviviality and discussed various business opportunities.
Together with B3CF patrons we attended the Genesis Initiative Parliamentary Breakfast at the House of Commons to hear from UK Parliamentarians, especially views on the emerging BREXIT process, its impact on SMEs, also in Europe, the UK markets and global / EU trade, e.g. CETA. We met with HE Päivi Luostarinen, the Ambassador of Finland to the UK.
The trip was a great success and we want to thank all those with us on these days. In November, B3CF will share with sister chambers the COBCOE stand at the Going Global Exhibition in London. Click any picture to see the whole gallery for the event.
