There are mornings when everything simply works: the setting, the food, the conversation and, most importantly, the people around the table. Our October B3CF Members’ Breakfast was one of those mornings.
Hosted by our newest member, NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, the breakfast brought members together in the elegant surroundings of the hotel for an informal morning of conversation, new connections and exchange of ideas. We were particularly pleased to record 100% attendance from those registered.
Welcoming settings provided enough time around the table for members to actually talk to one another.The morning also included a presentation by B3CF Executive Director Vladislav Dobrokhotov, The Future of Loyalty, exploring how our understanding of loyalty may change over the coming future and what this could mean for organisations and their relationships with customers, employees and other stakeholders. The presentation was followed by questions and discussion around the table.
