Season Opening 2026

B3CF joined BECC Garden Party in Tallinn

B3CF members travelled to Tallinn to join the British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (BECC) for its Annual Garden Party, bringing together members of the British business communities in Estonia and Finland and marking the start of BECC’s new season.

BECC’s new Chair, Kevin Ellis FRICS, MBA, welcomed members back after the summer break, and guests also had the opportunity to meet Jo Lomas, the new British Ambassador to Estonia.

The event once again demonstrated the value of cooperation between British Chambers across the region, creating opportunities for members to meet, exchange ideas and build new business relationships across borders.

It was also an honour to present the 2026 Commonwealth Golf Trophy to this year’s winner, Ave Peetri, who travelled all the way from Estonia to Finland to join us for the tournament. It was particularly fitting to present the trophy in Tallinn, bringing another successful example of cross-border Chamber participation full circle.

The evening also offered a chance to discover more about the Tallinn Fringe Festival, now celebrating its 10th year. We were delighted to be joined by our member, Finnish comedian Sami Hedberg. Founded and led by Festival Director Dan Renwick, a member of the wider British Chambers of Commerce network, Tallinn Fringe brings together more than 80 shows across 30+ venues, including comedy, theatre, circus, music, dance, cabaret, burlesque and more.

For B3CF, the visit was another example of how our Chamber network extends beyond Finland — connecting our members with businesses, organisations and people across the UK, the Baltics and the wider international British Chamber community.
