· The B3CF institutes a diverse recruitment process by using its platform to publish/promote an online application that will ask the relevant questions regarding skills/education·    

·     We find and recruit skilled immigrants through a bias-free process using our vast network. The interview process focuses on the actual qualifications; Education, language skills and other experiences.

·     After a thorough interview process, our platform will promote these individuals to our contact database. This includes 90 members, 318 newsletter subscribers and personal business contacts.

·     We follow-up on each individuals’ progress with a feedback loop

·     We will do monthly meetings and trainings for both our employers and employees. 

 

The collection of data via surveys and feedback forms during this events, meetings, trainings and workshops can assist short-term conclusions on how to improve the functions of the programmes. Giving us an educated and personal view of how best we can continue to serve the companies.
