Recruit skilled immigrants through a bias-free process. The interview process will focus on the actual qualifications; Education, language skills and other experiences
Through our network connections with the relevant agencies, with the permission of our applicants, applicants will have a full background check
Use our contact platform to promote skilled immigrants to our contacts database. This includes our 90 members, organisations and companies, 318 newsletter subscribers and personal business contact
We will follow-up on each individuals progress with feedback loop
We will also assist you by providing several services to prepare you for a partnership with a potential employer. Some of these services include;

Future forseen developments include workshops that equip skilled immigrants on your labour and union rights and cultural norms within Finland that benefits applicants.
We will do workshops on global perspectives on inclusion and diversity practices which are beneficial to your future employers and their staff.
We will do monthly meetings and trainings for both the employers and employees.
The collection of data via surveys and feedback forms during this events, meetings, trainings and workshops can assist short-term conclusions on how to improve the functions of the programmes. Giving us an educated and personal view of how best we can continue to serve the Finnish Society, the employer and the employee.
