Members Breakfast

After-Sales Marketing

On an unexpectedly snowy morning on April 23, 2024, members of our community displayed remarkable commitment by trekking through 10 cm of fresh snow to gather at the Tapiola Golf CLUB HOUSE in Espoo for our scheduled Members Breakfast focused on After-Sales Marketing. The unusual weather for late April could have deterred the most dedicated, yet our members proved their resilience and keen interest in continuous learning.

The atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm and conversation as attendees mingled and warmed up with a delicious breakfast featuring kirsch and a rejuvenating energy shot. The event commenced with a warm welcome from Sebastian Kuhlefelt, the visionary founder of Restaurants By Spoon. With glowing pride, Sebastian shared the transformative story of how he redefined the dining experience within golf clubs. Under his guidance, the culinary offerings were expanded, turning the clubhouse into a hub for golfers and attracting non-golfers, who now consider the venue an ideal spot for hosting events and lunch meetings.

Taking the stage next, B3CF Executive Director Vladislav Dobrokhotov, an expert in after-sales marketing, introduced a nuanced perspective on maintaining customer relationships beyond the initial sale. With the audience engaged, Vladislav presented a case study on a redefined brand strategy of one of the member companies in the room. He detailed refining marketing messages by aligning them closely with the proposed brand’s core ideas, purpose, and vision.

The event was not just an occasion for learning. Still, it is also a demonstration of the strong community ties and the shared commitment to overcoming challenges—whether in marketing or a spring snowstorm. As the formal presentations concluded, the conversations did not. Members continued exchanging ideas and discussing potential applications of the morning’s lessons in their businesses.
