On 28th February, The British & Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce in Finland held an informative business breakfast on "Company culture: How to create, shape and change a company culture supporting your strategy."

In this seminar, Egbert Schram, CEO of B3CF member company Hofstede Insights, a sought-after keynote speaker and executive consultant, will help you to break down what culture is about and how you can use it to build better-performing organisations, using a combination of a speech and interactive case studies. Using their own recipe, Egbert has, for example, managed to quadruple Hofstede Insight´s own turnover in the past 9 years, despite pandemic years, and built a flourishing business with operations in over 60 countries.
