Brit Pop comes to the British Ambassador’s Residence in Helsinki for a very special evening of British-Caribbean cuisine and English wine.
The four-course menu will be prepared by Kai Semple, a London-born, Copenhagen-based British chef whose modern Caribbean cooking has been shaped by years of working in both cities. Described by WWD as “Copenhagen’s best-kept secret”, Kai will be cooking in Finland for the first time.
Four of England’s most exciting winemakers—representing Domaine Hugo, Langham, Lyme Bay and Whitewolfe—will each select a sparkling or still wine to accompany one of Kai’s courses.

Nan’s curried goat, potatoes, rice and peas
Curried vegan wild mushroom and okra, rice and peas
Mango, meringue and passionfruit
Your ticket includes four courses and four glasses of wine.
The standard ticket price is €75. B3CF members can attend at the special reduced rate of €65 per person.
