The Members' Breakfast provides an opportunity to meet fellow members, share current business priorities and developments, explore potential collaboration, and raise topics that may be relevant to the wider B3CF community.

This October, B3CF Executive Director Vladislav Dobrokhotov will present The Future of Loyalty – a thought-provoking session exploring how customer and member relationships are changing in an increasingly AI-driven business environment.

Traditional approaches to loyalty are being challenged by predictive personalisation, AI-supported decision-making, increasingly fluid workforces and the growing automation of customer relationships. What happens to loyalty when technology remembers, recommends and even decides on our behalf?

The presentation will be followed by Q&A and an opportunity to exchange perspectives with fellow B3CF members.
